All prices are daily prices in Euro incl. VAT. The price is per apartment and night with an occupancy of 1 person excluding breakfast. For an additional person we charge a surcharge of 20,00 Euro per night. Children up to 3 years are free in the parents' apartment. For the provision of an additional cot / bed cube or an adult bed, we charge a one-time fee of € 30.00. Please indicate this when making your reservation request.
The weekly cleaning is included and includes garbage disposal, bed linen and towel change. In the case of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge extra.

The bathroom equipment includes two shower towels and two small towels per person. Highchairs on request.
We also provide you with reliable postal delivery via the boarding house. On-site parking is available. A bread delivery service or an external breakfast in the nearby bakery are available on request. You are welcome to bring your bike.
The Boardinghouse has a lockable bicycle storage room equipped with a charging station for your e-bike. Our in-house laundrette offers you the convenience of using a free washing machine, dryer and ironing station.

Apartment reservations we consider binding, if we have a written confirmation.
Payment:
The cost of the stay can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, by debit card or by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD on departure. For a longer stay, billing will take place at the end of the month. Additional costs will be charged on the spot.
Arrival/Departure:
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we will make it available until 10.30 am Changes to the occupancy on arrival and departure on request. For early departures 70% of the remaining days will be charged.
Apartments:
All apartments are non-smoking apartments. For smoking only balcony or terrace can be used. The apartment description may differ.
Cancellations:
We ask you to submit cancellations by writing. Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within 4 weeks or in case of non-arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed total price.

Arrival
Although Rülzheim is located in the heart of the Southern Palatinate, it is very easy to reach by car. The easiest way is via the "Bundesstraße 9" between Ludwigshafen and Wörth a.R..
Key
With our automatic key system, you can enter your flats directly after your arrival. The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
